As STITCH experienced significant growth, the need arose for a larger and more dynamic headquarters to accommodate its expanding team. To meet this need, the company thoughtfully renovated a mid-century Studebaker dealership in Winston-Salem, transforming it into a vibrant new HQ that embodies its values, goals, and creative culture. The space is designed to foster a positive workplace atmosphere, with features such as collaborative huddle spaces, versatile breakout areas, and a dedicated wellness room. These amenities not only support productivity but also emphasize the company’s commitment to employee well-being and a collaborative, innovative work environment.

The highlight of the design is the curtain wall glass frontage, which allows passersby to see into a curated living room space. This inviting area functions as a breakout space for staff, a waiting area for clients and visitors, and a place to unwind during the workday.

Branding is integrated throughout the space, emphasizing STITCH’s core values of “Curious Listeners, Bold Dreamers, Purposeful Doers” through the use of brand colors and visual identity. A mix of conference rooms and flexible huddle spaces encourages collaboration, while a dedicated wellness room offers staff a private space for breaks, meetings, or moments of reflection.
