Guerrilla RF designs and manufactures microchips that power our connected world. As their operations rapidly expanded, the need for a larger office space arose. STITCH transformed an underutilized 1980s building into a tech-forward office that reflects Guerrilla RF’s brand. The space features a variety of breakout and collaboration areas, private offices, and conference rooms. A staff favorite is the “Sky Box,” a cozy conference room overlooking the auditorium seating. The office also includes a spacious bistro with a full-service espresso bar and multiple seating options for employees to relax during breaks. Advanced technology is integrated throughout, including security systems that control access to the building and restricted areas.

Renovating the existing dated 1990s building was essential to transform it into a dynamic and efficient office space for Guerrilla RF. The existing layout lacked the flexibility and technological infrastructure required to support the fast-growing company’s daily workflow.
Incorporating Guerrilla RF’s brand colors and subtle references to the “tech” elements of their work has resulted in a cohesive and inspiring workplace that embodies the company’s innovative spirit. These thoughtful design choices have created a bold, energizing environment that fosters creativity and collaboration while instilling a sense of pride in the groundbreaking work accomplished within these walls.
From the initial kickoff meeting to move-in day, STITCH provided comprehensive support to the Guerrilla RF team, bringing their vision to life. Key elements of the design include amphitheater seating for all-team meetings, a vibrant bistro café for employees, and a thoughtful layout that offers each team member access to both private offices and shared workspaces. This tailored approach ensures a balanced, functional environment that reflects Guerrilla RF’s dynamic culture and commitment to its employees.
The new Guerrilla RF Headquarters is designed to maximize natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the building. Thoughtful details in the finishes add a sense of fun and personality to the space. With a variety of huddle areas, conference rooms, and breakout spaces, the headquarters empowers employees to choose the work environment that best suits their needs, fostering productivity and collaboration.
