MG Newell Office Renovation
Adaptive-Reuse | Workplace
Celebrating over 130 years as a family-owned company that designs and fabricates equipment for food service and medical industries, MG Newell needed a space to help achieve three goals: company-wide expansion and growth, greater connections between fabrication, automation, and engineering departments, and training and touchdown spaces for sales and other departments travelling from other MG Newell locations.

Formerly a specialty vehicle manufacturing facility, the building was renovated to serve as an office space for MG Newell’s Automation Division, as well as provide fabrication and warehouse storage.
The new workspace prioritizes employee engagement, collaboration, and product education with multiple conference rooms, huddle spaces, and open-concept workstations to allow their team to maximize productivity.
As a family-owned business, MG Newell sought a spacious breakroom equipped with modern amenities to host office-wide events and enhance workplace comfort, creating a welcoming “home away from home” atmosphere.
The new MG Newell office space embodies the company’s family-centric ethos while celebrating its legacy as an American manufacturing business. The design seamlessly blends timeless values with the evolving, tech-driven needs of its clients.
